Use of the Website and Services

You must not use the website or services in any way that disrupts, damages, or impairs the functionality or accessibility of our systems. Engaging in any unauthorized access, hacking, or other malicious activities is strictly prohibited. Events and Participation

When registering for events hosted by the Materials Tech, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Event registrations are subject to availability and may require payment of fees. Refunds for cancellations are governed by our separate event policies. Participants in our events must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. We reserve the right to remove individuals who violate event codes of conduct without a refund.

By registering for any conference or event organized by the Materials Tech, you agree to the following terms: All registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows. If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another eligible individual by notifying Materials Tech in writing at least 45 Days before the event. Materials Tech reserves the right to modify event schedules, speakers, or formats without prior notice, and such changes will not entitle attendees to a refund. In the rare event of a full cancellation by Materials Tech, registrants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event. By completing your registration, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

By participating as a speaker in any Materials Tech event, you agree to the following terms regarding the publication of your video lecture: Materials Tech reserves the right to record, edit, and publish your presentation or lecture on its website and other official platforms. The video content may be used for educational, promotional, and informational purposes, including sharing with the global materials science community. By agreeing to speak, you grant Materials Tech a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, and display the recorded content. You retain the intellectual property rights to your presentation but acknowledge that Materials Tech will publicly share the material to enhance accessibility and knowledge dissemination. Speakers are responsible for ensuring that the content they present does not infringe on third-party copyrights, confidentiality, or intellectual property rights. Materials Tech will not be held liable for any legal claims arising from the content presented. If you do not consent to these terms, you must notify Materials Tech in writing prior to the event. 

All sponsorship and exhibition fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is fully canceled by Materials Tech, in which case a full refund will be issued. Sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for providing all necessary materials, including logos, promotional content, and booth setups, as specified by Materials Tech guidelines. Materials Tech reserves the right to review and approve all materials prior to publication or display. All sponsorship and exhibition opportunities are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Materials Tech in writing. Materials Tech does not guarantee a specific level of attendance or business outcomes for sponsors and exhibitors. Sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for their own costs, including travel, accommodation, and shipping of materials. Materials Tech is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the event. In case of event modification, including changes to dates, location, or format, Materials Tech will make reasonable efforts to inform sponsors and exhibitors promptly, but will not be liable for any costs incurred. Materials Tech reserves the right to cancel sponsorships or exhibitor registrations if terms are violated or if inappropriate behavior occurs. By confirming your sponsorship or exhibition participation, you accept these terms and agree to adhere to Materials Tech guidelines.

Membership

By becoming a member of the Materials Tech, you agree to the following terms:
Fees and Renewals: Membership fees are payable annually or as per the agreed schedule. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination. All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations: Members may cancel their membership at any time. However, no fees will be refunded, and the membership will remain active until the end of the paid term.
Conduct: Members must adhere to professional ethics and respect community standards. Harassment, spamming, or misuse of Materials Tech platforms will result in disciplinary action.
Privacy: Members consent to their data being used to deliver membership services.
Termination: Materials Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for breaches of these terms, unethical behavior, or non-payment.
Liability: Materials Tech is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from membership or use of its services.
Changes to Terms: Materials Tech may update these terms at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of any changes.
The title of Fellow is honorary and does not convey any financial benefits or responsibilities. By accepting the Fellow recognition, you agree to have your name and professional details publicly displayed on Materials Tech website and other promotional materials. The Fellow of Materials Tech is not transferable and may be revoked if a Fellow is found to be in violation of Materials Tech’s policies, engages in unethical conduct, or fails to maintain the standards expected of a Fellow.


Materials Tech Profile

By creating a public profile on the Materials Tech website, you agree to the following terms:
Eligibility: Only members can create public profiles. Profiles must represent accurate, up-to-date, and truthful information about the member.
Profile Content: Public profiles may include professional details such as name, title, affiliation, research interests, achievements, and external links. Content must not violate intellectual property laws, be misleading, or contain offensive material.
Privacy: Public profiles are fully visible to the general public and are intended to promote your professional achievements, research, and expertise to a global audience. By creating a profile, you consent to the use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Community Conduct: Members must use profiles to foster collaboration, share knowledge, and network respectfully. Harassment, spamming, or misuse is prohibited.
Content Management: Materials Tech reserve the right to review or remove profile content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
Termination: Members can delete their profile at any time. We may suspend or terminate profiles for violations of these terms.
Liability: We are not responsible for inaccuracies in profile content or unauthorized use of information by third parties.
Changes: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the profile feature indicates acceptance of updates.
